Formalize orders
All products are subject to availability.
JOSECANTI reserves the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and to remove and change any of its materials or contents.
JOSECANTI also reserves the right to cancel an Order after confirmation, refunding any amounts that the buyer has paid, this being the extent of JOSECANTI's liability for cancelling the order.
Price and Payment
Price: The price of Products is that displayed on the website at the time. If an error is identified in the price of any of the products in the Order, JOSECANTI will notify the Buyer as soon as possible, giving the Buyer the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price, or to cancel it.
For orders placed within the EU, prices include VAT. But not delivery charges, which are added to the total amount at the rates appearing
on this website.
Payment: JOSECANTI only accepts PayPal. Payment information with PayPal is entered on a secure page.
Dispatch and delivery methods
The JOSECANTI delivery service operates in collaboration with several prestigious logistics operators. Product delivery dates are approximate.
Returns policy
The Buyer may return products returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Order.
The Buyer’s right to withdraw applies exclusively to products that are returned in the same condition in which they are received, including the packaging, labels, and protections. When returning products, the Buyer must include the sales receipt received with the delivery. JOSECANTI will not refund amounts paid if the Product has been used beyond merely opening it or if it is damaged. In this case, the Product will be returned to the Buyer.
To return a product, Buyers must notify JOSECANTI sending an email headed “Notification of return product” to the following address: info@josecanti.com.
Buyers may return products by other means at their own risk. Please return products to the following address: JOSECANTI Rogent, 79. 08026 Barcelona
Products bought in the JOSECANTI Online Store that have been customised and/or made to measure are excluded from this change and returns policy.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and especially with the General Regulation of Data Protection that came into force on May 25, we inform you that by filling out the present form your personal data will be incorporated into an automated file called 'Jose Cantí’s fans’ in order to properly handle your application. This file will be property of Jose Cantí only.
Jose Cantí is committed to processing your personal data in a strictly confidential manner. Under no circumstances will these data be shared or transferred to third parties.
You can, in a free and voluntary manner, provide the information requested in the forms, with the exception of the fields that appear as mandatory. Please note that if you do not fill all mandatory fields, your request may not be answered.
Please note also that, according to what is established in Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Jose Cantí will use your email address for informing you about exhibitions, new pieces or sheet formats.
Likewise, we inform you that you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to our processing your personal data, in person, at Jose Cantí studio, or by sending an email to: info@josecanti.com
Additionally, you can exercise also the rights of portability and to be forgotten as defined and regulated in the new General Data Protection Regulations.

Buyers of any product through the Official JOSECANTI Online Store are subject to the following Sales Terms. Orders may be placed by physical persons and companies to purchase JOSECANTI products not intended for resale. Resale or distribution of JOSECANTI goods purchased through the website www.josecanti.com is strictly prohibited.

These General Terms govern access, browsing and use of this website.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1 JOSECANTI reserves all intellectual property rights over the website and is also the owner or licence holder of intellectual and image rights over the its contents that it contains.
2.2. Under no circumstances will access and browsing by the User be deemed to constitute a waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial granting of any rights by JOSECANTI.
2.3. It is also prohibited to change, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, process or distribute in any way all or any of the contents included in the Website.
3. LIABILITIES AND GUARANTEES
JOSECANTI accepts no liability for contents that link to third-party websites (social networks, press).
